CompTIA will add Windows 7 questions to the existing A+ exams. Windows 7 questions will be added to the existing A+ exams (220-701 & 702) and will not require a new version of either exam to be created. The previous exam covered Windows 2000, Windows XP (32bit and 64bit) and Windows Vista (32bit and 64bit). The information will be added to the exam without removing any previous material. CompTIA will update CompTIA A+ certification exams with new content related to the Windows 7 operating system beginning in January 2011.
